What Helix stores
Helix stores the minimum data needed to operate: server IDs, channel IDs, and the settings your admins configure (prefixes, welcome messages, role rules, leveling options). Message content is processed to execute commands and is not retained beyond what is necessary for moderation logs you explicitly enable.
What Helix never does
Helix does not sell data, does not serve ads, and does not share server data with third parties except infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, status monitoring). AI features send only the prompt you submit, never your server history.
Your control
Server admins can request deletion of their server’s stored configuration at any time via the support server or by emailing [email protected]. Removing Helix from your server stops all further collection; stored settings are purged on request.
Security
Access to production data is limited to Helix Labs operators, encrypted in transit, and reviewed when permissions or dependencies change. If you believe you have found a security issue, contact us before disclosing it publicly so we can fix it.
