Filing a notice

If you believe content served through Helix (including AI-generated images served on request) infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material (server ID, channel ID, message link, timestamp), and your contact information plus a good-faith statement.

What happens next

Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Repeat infringers lose access to generation features and may be blacklisted. Counter-notices follow the same channel and are forwarded to the original complainant where the law requires it.
